Kids in the kitchen could mean healthier kids

Having your kids help out in the kitchen could potentially mean them having a healthier lifestyle.

While nutritionists think cooking with your kids is a great way to get them to try new things, and child psychologists are forever talking about the importance of spending time with your kids, bringing the two together can kill two birds with one stone keeping everyone happy.
